<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an assembling property of a rotor of a DC motor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: First of all, a bearing 23 and a magnetic material member are fit into a case 21. In the following process, the magnetic material member is changed to a permanent magnet 22 by magnetizing the magnetic material member. In the next process, a guide jig 40 is mounted to the backside in an shaft line direction of the case 21. In the next process, a rotor 10 is inserted into a hole 40a of the guide jig 40. At this point, a core 12 of the rotor 10 is guided by a hole forming part 40s to form the hole 40a of the guide jig 40. The tip side of a rotating shaft 11 of the rotor 10 is inserted into a hole 23a of the bearing 23. Then, the tip side of the rotating shaft 11 of the rotor 10 projects from the tip side in the shaft line direction of the case 21. In the next process, the guide jig 40 is detached from the case 21 by moving the guide jig 40 to the back side in the shaft line direction. In the next process, an end frame 30 is fit to the case 21.
