IMAGE INFORMATION ENCODER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in improving image quality by a resolution/frame rate wherein, since the volume of memory transmission of an image encoding circuit system is increased, it becomes difficult to improve image quality in a realistic circuit scale.

SOLUTION: This image information encoder is provided with: an image encoding means to encode image information by a moving image encoding method; an image decoding means to decode encoded image information; an image encoding condition setting means to set an encoding condition of the image encoding means; an image compression means to compress a pixel value to form an encoded word; an image extension means to extend the encoded word compressed word by the compression means; and a storage means to execute a compression condition setting for setting a compression condition of the image compression means and temporary storage.
