PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack with one or more battery modules are incorporated which allows the battery modules to be assembled using a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The battery pack includes a plurality of battery cells which are electrically connected together, to constitute a single composite battery; a first case for enclosing the plurality of battery cells collectively; and a battery module, having terminal members of a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the single composite battery, and a second case for housing the battery module. The terminal member of the battery module structurally acts as an attaching member for attaching the battery module in the second case.
