<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer composition capable of providing a hydrophilic member having excellent hydrophilicity on the surface of a substrate, and also enhanced water resistance and durability; a hydrophilic composition containing the same; and a hydrophilic member in which a hydrophilic film having excellent hydrophilicity, and enhanced water resistance and durability is formed on the substrate. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The polymer composition includes: a hydrophilic polymer containing at least one hydrophilic group; and 0-4.0 mass% of a hydrophobic component having a logP value of -0.30 to 3.00.
