PURPOSE: A water level sensor of a water treatment system is provided to display the water level of the inside of a water tank by accurately sensing the water level by detecting the change of an electrostatic capacity. CONSTITUTION: A water level sensor of a water treatment system comprises the following: a water level sensing unit(110) arranged in the inside of a water tank(10); an RC oscillator outputting a changed frequency by the change of an electrostatic capacity when the contact area between the water level sensing unit and water changes; a waveform converting unit converting the frequency from the RC oscillator to a pulse shape; and a controller detecting the water level by measuring the cycle of the pulse shape wave from the waveform converting unit.
