PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a higher forgery prevention effect, and to reduce constraint on design when using a display body subjected to a forgery prevention technology. SOLUTION: The display body 10 includes one or more first interface parts each of which includes one or more first element regions each of which includes diffraction structure consisting of a plurality of recessed parts or projected parts to form gaps and one or more second element regions which fill at least a part of the gaps. When the display body 10 is illuminated with white light from the first direction, first element display parts corresponding to one or more first element regions emit first diffracted light in the second direction, and second element display parts corresponding to one or more second element regions emit scattered light.
