PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device with a flat panel display such as a liquid crystal display, which can be installed outdoors. SOLUTION: In the image display device, a housing space 121 is formed in an enclosure 12 having a waterproof structure. In the housing space 121, an image display panel 11 with a screen that can be seen from the front side of the enclosure 12 is arranged, and a circulation flow path 92 surrounding the image display panel 11 is formed. Inside the circulation flow path 92, a circulating fan 181 for circulating air and an evaporator 191 for collecting heat generated from the image display panel 11 are arranged on the side of a rear surface 111 of the image display panel 11.
