PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance element which maintains attenuation characteristics in a wide frequency band without changing a magnetic core, the number of turns of a coil, or a material and shape of a dielectric and has improved attenuation characteristics in a low-frequency band. SOLUTION: A second foil-shaped conductor 6 is disposed so as to face a first foil-shaped conductor 4 with a dielectric 5 therebetween, and part of the second conductor 6 is short-circuited to one mounting terminals 10a and 10d of a coil 8, whereby an electrode area between the second conductor 6 and the dielectric 5 can be made larger than an electrode area of contact between a coil 8 and a dielectric 5 in a conventional inductance element and a capacitance generated between the first conductor 4 and the second conductor 6 can be increased.
