PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant restraint device capable of effectively restraining an occupant, and capable of being applied to an existing seat belt device. SOLUTION: The occupant restraint device 10 includes: a pair of fixing tools 12A, 12B detachably fixed to the position separated in the longitudinal direction of occupant restraint webbing 104, and a pair of auxiliary webbing straps 14A, 14B. When a pair of the fixing tools 12A, 12B are fixed to the webbing 104; and a pair of the auxiliary webbing straps 14A, 14B are arranged adjoining with each other in the width direction in the width direction of the webbing 104, having one longitudinal end fixed to one fixing tool 12A, and the other longitudinal one fixed to the other fixing tool 12B respectively so as to be extended in the longitudinal direction of the webbing 104.
