<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder shape composition capable of suppressing an amount of haxavalent chromium elution to be not higher than 0.05 mg/L, based on the soil environment standard value, and a solidification agent to which the composition is added. <P>SOLUTION: The powder shape composition with a hexavalent chromium elution preventing function by this invention is constituted by blending ferrous sulfate monohydrate and anhydrous sodium thiosulfate, and paper sludge ash if desired. The powder shape composition with a hexavalent chromium elution preventing function by this invention is produced by blending 10-500 wt parts of paper sludge high temperature dried ash to 100 wt parts of the powder shape composition and uniformly mixing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
