PURPOSE: A fixable bearing joint endoprosthesis which is equipped with accord-discordance complex artificial joint is provided to improve a joint surface of the fixable bearing and to enhance mobility of the joint. CONSTITUTION: A fixable bearing joint endoprosthesis which is equipped with accord-discordance complex artificial joint comprises: a metal femur part(10) which is fixed to a distal femur; a plastic(UHMWPe) shinbone part(20) which is fixed to the proximal shinbone; and a plastic kneepan part(30) which is fixed to a rearward kneepan. The shinbone part includes a shinbone articular surface which is formed using a formation curve in which an interlinked tangent line is similar.
