<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct band for connecting a flexible duct to another pipe body in a mutually good manner by fastening the flexible duct throughout its periphery with no interference with its mountain portions. <P>SOLUTION: The duct band includes a band body 11 to be wound along valley portions 31 of the flexible band 30, and an adjusting mechanism 12 for adjusting the winding diameter of the band body 11. The band body 11 includes extra length portions 13a, 13b at both ends, when wound along the valley portions 31 of the flexible band 30. The adjusting mechanism 12 includes a first bracket member 14A fixed to the end of one extra length portion 13a of the band body 11, a second bracket member 14B fixed to the end of the other extra length portion 13b of the band body 11, and a bracket space adjusting mechanism 15 for changing a space between the first bracket member 14A and the second bracket member 14B along the valley portions 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
