<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pipe water shutoff pad and a joint for drain standpipes, for performing a full water test for drainage work of a building in a short time and at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The joint 102 includes stepped portions 102a, 102b for connecting the drain standpipes 101 above and below and further includes a stepped portion 102c for connecting a drain lateral branch pipe 103, and the drain pipe water shutoff pad 1 is installed to the lower stepped portion 102a, which is formed of paper, water-soluble paper, a water-soluble resin film or multilayer matter of them, and is dissolved with water after the test and after a predetermined time and is discharged along with water downward in the drain standpipe 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
