<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To indicate customer price and location of products within a certain price range of products of the same product group. <P>SOLUTION: The server apparatus 10 acquires price range information of products 3a, 3b etc. within the same product group from a product group and price range information which are saved in advance, creates a graphic indicating the location of the price information of the product 3a (3b) within the acquired price range information, creates image information for the product 3a (3b) including the price range information and the graph, identifies the electric shelf tag apparatus 30a and (30b) for the product 3a (3b), and send the image information for the product 3a (3b) to the electric shelf tag apparatus 30a (30b).
