PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excrement-treating sheet for pet animals capable of quickly masking odor of the excrement. SOLUTION: The excrement treating sheet 1 for pet animals contains a perfume to emit fragrance for masking the odor of the excrement. The perfume is a granular clathrate compound 21 clathrated in a cyclodextrin, and the granular clathrate compound 21 is placed between an upper face 16a of a core material 16 and a tissue paper 3a which is a liquid-permeable sheet placed immediately above the upper face 16a.
