PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of manufacturing a hollow resin molded product at low cost, having a tube part opening outward, and not requiring the inside diameter cutting of the tube part, and having high quality. SOLUTION: A device for manufacturing a hollow resin molded product includes suction means 84, 84 wherein a locking mechanism 54 for releasably locking the abutting state of an extrusion die 24 for extruding a parison 32 and a filling mold 42, having a cylindrical formed cavity 62 having a part of the parison 32 filled, is fixed to either one of the extrusion die 24 and the filling mold 42, and which exhibits an attracting action, based on an electromagnetic force generated by power feeding. The abutting state of the extrusion die 24 and the filling mold 42 is locked by the attractive action of such suction means 84, 84 so that the parison 32 fills the cylindrical formed cavity 62.
