PURPOSE: A transcription paper for a material for an adhesion with a spangle and a method of printing thereof are provided to easily print a drawing or a logo on the material with the spangle or an embroidered design. CONSTITUTION: A method of printing a transcription paper for a material for an adhesion with a spangle comprises the following steps of: attaching a hot melt attached to the other side of the spangle to the material for an adhesion; adhering the material for an adhesion and a spangle to form a shape by heating and pressing the upper side of a film of the spangle; attaching a resin layer from a transcription paper formed with a protecting sheet layer, a coating layer, a printing layer, and a resin layer to the material with the spangle; transferring the transcription paper to the spangle and the material by heating and pressing the protecting sheet layer; and removing the protecting sheet layer.
