PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip treatment tool which facilitates a nail portion to exhibit easily and accurately an engaging power for designing, and then allows to keep cramping surely, and can be relaxed to release from cramping the part of a living body. SOLUTION: The clip treatment tool comprises a clip for cramping an object and a cylindrical throttle member which is fitted to the clip and moves toward the tip side to throttle the clip so that the two arms of the clip may be provided with a stress strained inwards to close the two nail portions to each other, wherein the clip has steps which are formed at positions on the two arms for defining the movement limit of the throttle member to have each a width for inhibiting the throttle member from passing therethrough; and further the clip has micro-convexes in both ends of a predetermined region in the back of the steps or a concave in the predetermined region. When the throttle member throttles the clip, either the inner surface of the throttle member contacts the micro-concaves of the clip or at least one part of the throttle member fixes to the concave so that the throttle member stays in the region of the micro-convexes or at the position of the concave part to keep throttling the clip.
