TRANSMISSION METHOD AND DEVICE OF DOWNLINK MULTI-FRAME

A method and a device for transmitting downlink multi-frame are disclosed. The method includes the following steps: the locations of the Slow Associated Control CHannel (SACCH) frames and the Traffic CHannel (TCH) frames of multiple users in the multi-frame being set; each user's SACCH frame and another user's TCH frame being multiplexed in the same slot in a multi-frame of the half rate channel; the multi-frame being transmitted during the predetermined slots. Hence, by adjusting the locations of the multiplexed users' SACCH frames and TCH frames and multiplexing one user's SACCH frame and another user's TCH frame for transmission, namely, transmitting every user's SACCH frame in a stagger way, the normal transmission of every user's associated signaling is guaranteed, and meanwhile the influence on the voice traffic is decreased as much as possible.
