<p>The method involves illuminating a sample (1.8) with a laser (1.1) via a faraday-isolator (1.2) i.e. broadband-isolator, a polarizing beam splitter (1.4), optical wave guide with a lens (1.6), where an laser beam diameter is larger than that of the sample. A pixel detector array is provided with a pixel camera (3) that is designed as a charge-coupled device camera or a commercial high resolution, high speed-color video camera in a version with a prism and mutiple pixel detector arrays for color component areas without lens, where the array is larger than the laser beam cross section. The laser is designed as a tunable laser. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a quantum trough optical reading method (2) a method for manufacturing an electronic writable array of the quantum trough (3) an optical near field microscopy method implemented beyond a diffraction limit (4) an aperture and lens less microscopy method.</p> |
