PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which has lightness and high mechanical strength and consists of a synthetic resin film stacked on the surface of a metal sheet. SOLUTION: An oriented polyolefin resin sheet or rod is stacked on at least one side of a metal sheet. The oriented polyolefin resin sheet or rod has such a shape-retaining property that, when the oriented polyolefin resin sheet or rod is bent by 180°and 90°and kept for one min, released, and kept for five min after the release, the resultant bending return anglesθare≤20°.
