PURPOSE: An insole is provided, which makes movement of stomach activity smooth in walking or exercise and reduces pain of the foot. CONSTITUTION: An insole comprises a cutout unit(1) formed in the toe region; an external periphery portion of the liner(7) through which protruded hole(2) is penetrated; a number of ventilation holes(3) which are formed in the external periphery portion of the protruded hole; a ridge cover(4) formed in the bottom surface of protruded hole; a cushion pad in which the ridge is formed; and a tape cover which is attached to the bottom surface using double-sided tape. |
