PURPOSE: A rubber composition for reinforcing a sidewall of run-flat tire is provided to improve modulus property and heat generation property by using a vinyl-cis rusbber as a rubber-resin composite and a nano reinforcing resin containing a modified phenol formaldehyde resin. CONSTITUTION: A rubber composition for reinforcing a sidewall of run-flat tire comprises a base rubber 100.0 parts by weight, a nano reinforcing resin 0.5~10 parts by weight containing phenol formaldehyde resin degenerated with cashew nut shell liquid, carbon black 30~60 parts by weight and silica 10~50 parts by weight. The base rubber comprises natural rubber 20~80 weight% and a vinyl-cis rusbber 20~80 weight% as a rubber-resin composite.
