Proposed method comprises lowering weighted cap-catcher accommodating three hoses or pipes on mud line with hydrated-gas accumulation from ship with the help of cable. One of aforesaid hoses or pipes is used to force relative warm surface water onto formation top to decompose hydrated gas from said top into gaseous methane and fresh water.
