PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat recovery device of steam, quickly sucking steam even if the intake steam amount varies from a very small amount to a large amount. SOLUTION: A steam discharge opening 18 of a liquid force-feed member 7 and suction chambers 8, 9 of steam ejectors 1, 2 are connected to each other by pipe lines 12, 13, 22. A branch pipe 23 is connected to the pipe line 22, a three-way selector valve 4 is fit, and a two-way selector valve 5 is fit. A screw compressor 32 is connected to the outlet sides of the respective steam ejectors 1, 2. A condensed water supply pipe 21 is connected to a high temperature condensed water inflow port 15 of the liquid force-feed member 7. The selector valves 4, 5 are switched and operated to switch the connecting position of at least two steam ejectors 1, 2 to a parallel state or a linear state, so that steam reevaporated in the liquid force-feed member 7 can be quickly sucked in a very small amount up to a large amount.
