PURPOSE: A turn management system and a turn management method thereof are provided to enable a customer to easily receive a turn card according to transactional business, thereby improving customer satisfaction. CONSTITUTION: A master turn device(100) entirely manages business related to all issuing/calling processes. A turn CRM(Customer Relationship Management) server(300) and a turn DB(400) are connected to the master turn device. Turn information on each business transaction, information on the number of waiting customers, standby time information, and call number information are stored in the turn DB. Plural slave turn devices(200~200n) are connected to the master turn device. |
