The device has a load supporting structure (2) equipped of tyne pockets (14, 17), one (14) of which extends in lengthening of one of L-shaped branches by load supporting surfaces (3, 4). The pocket (14) is connected to a free end of the branch by a pivot connection (5) of axis orthogonal to longitudinal axis of the branches to allow pivoting displacement of the structure with the pockets from horizontal and vertical storage positions, respectively or load using the surface (3) articulated to the pocket (14) at the storage positions, respectively or the load using the surface (4).
