PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconcile the improvement of the drainage of condensed water and the heat conductivity of the fin. SOLUTION: In a tube 2 flat in cross section arranged to extend vertically, a drainage ditch 10 to guide condensed water downward is made in the middle section in the direction A of an air current, while in a corrugated fin, space 53 is made in the section opposed to the drainage ditch 10, and the corrugated fin is divided into the first fin 51 on the windward side in the direction A of an air current and the second fin 52 on the leeward side. When the condensed water flowing at the inner face angle part 5c of the bend 5b of the windward first fin 51 reaches the space 53, the condensed water passage is interrupted, and condensed water stays in the vicinity of the leeward end of the first fin 51 and forms a liquid film G. Then, the condensed water in the vicinity of the leeward end can be discharged downward through the drainage ditch 10 of the tube 2 through a louver aperture 5e.
