FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical instruments and can be applied in operations on organs of small pelvis. Retractor contains vertical pole, fastened to operation table and horizontal console with fixer. Horizontal console is made in form of arc. Upper end of arc represents fixer in form of hexahedron for installation of rack mechanism in form of tooth-type coupling with slot. Slot is made for steering control with rigidly fastened mirror. Steering control has possibility to move forward, back, up and down. Rack mechanism has two screws for steering control fastening. ^ EFFECT: invention extends technical possibilities of retractor during operations on organs of small pelvis. ^ 3 dwg |
