The terminal (1) has an immobilization and guiding unit i.e. rectangular transversal panel (21), for immobilizing and guiding a rectangular flat clamping plate (4). The unit allows a clamping screw (3) to be inclined with the plate with respect to a plate (20) such that two electrical conductors (5, 6) having different diameters, are clamped, where the conductors are arranged on both sides of the screw. The plate (20) is provided with a flat support surface (22), and the screw has a head (10) whose tapered counter-support surface (13) is widened from a threaded rod (11) of the screw. An independent claim is also included for an electrical apparatus comprising a terminal.
