PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container to which a bottom lid can easily and securely be attached. SOLUTION: The packaging container includes: an upper lid; a bottom lid in which the peripheral wall extends vertically from a top wall, thereby forming a dish with a downward opening, and the top wall is provided with a storage part recessed downward; and a cylindrical body having openings in the upper and lower ends to which the upper lid and the bottom lid fit, respectively, and also having a flap extending from the edge of the lower opening so as to be freely bent from this edge. In the packaging container, when the bottom lid is attached to the cylindrical body, the flap is interposed between the peripheral wall of the bottom lid and the side wall of the storage part such that the lower end of the peripheral wall abuts on the inside corner formed as result of folding the flap and/or the leading end of the flap abuts on the lower face of the top wall of the bottom lid, thereby locking the bottom lid to the cylindrical body.
