An LED fixture (1), and a method of providing same, the fixture (1) configured to receive an LED tube light (2) having a pair of spaced apart pins (3, 4 and 7, 8) at each end. The pins (3, 4 and 7, 8) are configured to be received by conventional fluorescent tube light holders (9, 10) spaced apart a length corresponding to a length of the LED tube light (2). One of the holders (9) is configured to provide an electrically active terminal (15) for connection to one pin (3) at one end (15) of the LED tube light (2) and provide an electrically neutral terminal (16) to the other pin (14) at the same end of the LED tube light (2) such that the fluorescent light tube holder (10) at the other end (6) is not electrically connected. A fuse (13) is disposed intermediate the electrically active source and the fluorescent tube light holder active terminal (15).
