ACCEPTING AND ORDERING SYSTEM AND ACCEPTING AND ORDERING METHOD WHICH ARE APPLIED TO SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING OPTICAL DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accepting and ordering system and an accepting and ordering method applied to a system for manufacturing an optical display and capable of suppressing inventory to the minimum.

SOLUTION: Lengths of optical films F11 and F21 before cut corresponding to the input number of products for a production schedule are calculated based on an inspection result by an inspection device 30 for an optical display units W after the optical films F11 and F21 are stuck to each other and a roll raw sheet formed by winding the optical films F11 and F21 having the lengths is ordered. Thereby, since the roll raw sheet having a length required for obtaining the optical films F11 and F21 of the same number as the input number of products for the production schedule is not ordered but the roll raw sheet having the length calculated by considering the inspection result by the inspection device 30 can be ordered, the roll raw sheet having the actually needed length can be reliably ordered and inventory of the roll raw sheet can be suppressed to the minimum.
