PURPOSE: A flame controlling device is provided to reduce an oxygen supplying space and block oxygen effectually by dually forming flame controllers inside and outside with a concavo-convex part and closely attaching a metal net between the inside and the outside. CONSTITUTION: A flame controlling device comprises a flame controller, a lower plate(142), and an upper base lid(141) and a supporting bolt(143). The flame controller is formed by laminating a ring-shaped metal band. A concavo-convex part is formed to pass the flame through the metal band. The concavo-convex part is formed to be inclined at constant angle based on the central line of the metal band. The flame controller comprises inner and outer flame controllers(110,120). The lower plate supports the flame controller on the lower side of the flame controller. The upper cover covers the top of the flame controller. The supporting bolt is arranged inside the flame controller along the circumferential direction.
