<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door control device for automatically locking a door even when a lateral acceleration is applied to a vehicle while the vehicle is traveling. <P>SOLUTION: A lateral acceleration detection means for the vehicle is incorporated in the vehicle door control device. Each door of the vehicle is locked by a signal from the acceleration detection means.
