PURPOSE: A water tank and waste tank misinsertion preventing apparatus of a patient waste automatic processing device is provided, which guides for position of the water tank and waste tank not to be changed. CONSTITUTION: A water tank and waste tank misinsertion preventing apparatus of a patient waste automatic processing device comprises a waste tank receiving portion(110) in which a waste tank(200) is mounted and received and which is equipped inside the main case(100); and a water tank receiving part(120) which is adjacent to the waste tank receiving portion and is formed to have different size to make the water tank(300) received and mounted. The length and width of water tank receiving portion is formed longer than the waste tank receiving portion.
