<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user who uses an information terminal to perform access from an information processor without performing complicated control to data having an access right. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with; a connection information management means for managing connection information with each information terminal and an access control means for controlling the access to data whose access has been restricted on the basis of the connection information. The connection information management means decides whether or not the connection information is connected on the basis of the connection information, and the access control means permits access from the information processor to the data accessible by a user who uses the information terminal whose connection has been decided by the connection information management means.
