摘要 <p>The method involves simulating an energy flow between a power-output stage of a controller and an injector of an injection system. The adherence to the boundary conditions is tested during simulation using a simulation and testing module (210). A performance record is balanced such that an effective stream is not exceeded and power dissipation is not exceeded. Data (101) are supplied for simulation process, where the data are selected from the group consisting of speed, rail pressure, and duration of each individual control. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computer program comprising a set of instructions for performing a method for energetic laying and calibration testing of a controller for an injection system of an internal-combustion engine (2) a computer program product for performing a method for energetic laying and calibration testing of a controller for an injection system of an internal-combustion engine.</p>
