Provided is a fluorine-containing ion exchange resin dispersed composition having very low viscosity even when the fluorine-containing ion exchange resin concentration in the liquid composition wherein the fluorine-containing ion exchange resin has been dispersed is high due to concentration. Said composition includes water-containing solvent and fluorine-containing ion exchange resin having an equivalent mass of 400 to 1000 g/eq and comprising repeating units of formula (1) or formula (2). From 0.1 to 80 vol% of said fluorine-containing ion exchange resin has a particle size of 10 µm or above. (In the formula, Z is H, Cl, F or a perfluoroalkyl group having from 1 to 3 carbon atoms, m is an integer from 0 to 12, and n is an integer from 0 to 2.)
