PURPOSE: A network management apparatus, a network management method and a monitoring system are provided to facilitate the management of a network. CONSTITUTION: A network management apparatus comprises an information acquiring unit(241) and an information generating unit(242). The information acquiring unit obtains routing information and link quality information from a wireless terminal, and generates a network construction map which shows the link state between wireless terminals from the obtained routing information. The information generating unit changes the attribute of an indicator which shows an established link according to the link quality.
