<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold the outer surface of a cover body in the sterile condition when a medical device is covered with a cover body after a package storing the cover body is opened. <P>SOLUTION: An individual package 120 stores a cover body 12 capable of folding a body 60 and a lid body 64 with a hinge 62. The individual package 120 has a film 124 covering an opening part of the box for holding the inside in the sterile condition, and a film 124 can be taken out of the box 122 when used. The box 122 has a first silhouette hole 126 loaded with the body 60 and a second silhouette hole 128 mounted with the lid body 64, and a wall part 130 mounted along the hinge 62 between the first silhouette hole 126 and the second silhouette hole 128. The wall part 130 has a first wall 130a composing one surface of the first silhouette hole 126 and a second wall 130b composing one surface of the second silhouette hole 128.
