PURPOSE: An apparatus for recognizing image capable of recognition is provided, which can extend operating time and makes miniaturization possible since the structure is simple. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for recognizing image capable of recognition comprises an image photographing apparatus(100) for taking a photograph of the external image; a microcontroller(200) which changes the photographed image of the image photographing apparatus into electrostimulation output signal by digitalizing the signal; and an electrostimulation transfer device(300) which is controlled by the electrostimulation output signal. The microcontroller includes an image reduction unit, a digital signal processor, and a signal control unit.
