PURPOSE: A receiving container and an image forming apparatus for preventing an outlet port from being opened by external force are provided to reduce opening/closing moving restriction unit along the movement direction of the opening/closing member. CONSTITUTION: A receiving container and image forming apparatus includes a receiving container main body, an outlet port, an outlet port opening and closing member, and a sealing member(41). The receiving container main body includes the material of forming image to an inside. The outlet port drains the material of forming image of the receiving container inner unit of the main body. The outlet port opening and closing member is supported as they are mobile the gap of the open position in which they open the outlet port and the block location in which they block the outlet port. |
