An object of the present invention is to provide a stable aqueous pharmaceutical composition which suppresses degradation of prostaglandin F 2a in a preparation containing prostaglandin F 2a . The object was attained by formulating a prostaglandin F 2a derivative into an oil-in-water emulsion together with an oil, for example, medium chain fatty acid triglyceride, a water-soluble polymer and water.
