PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection terminal repeatedly usable, and capable of taking a wide stroke range; a connector equipped with the connection terminal; and a semiconductor package. SOLUTION: This connection terminal is provided with: a base part having a surface partially fixed to one-side circuit structure out of two circuit structures different from each other; and a contact part extending in a rising direction with respect to the base part from a part not fixed to the one-side circuit structure within the surface of the base part, and contacting the other-side circuit structure. It is further preferable that the base part forms a flat shape, and the base end of the contact forms a downward convex surface with respect to the surface of the base part when it is assumed that the side where the contact part extends with respect to the surface of the base part is the upper side of the base part.
