A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) module is provided to prevent a PCB from being damaged due to an external impact by covering the PCB with a housing. A PCB includes a battery installation unit, an LCB(Liquid Crystal Display) installation unit, and a speaker installation unit. A memory(200) is arranged on the PCB. A battery(300) supplies the power to the memory and the PCB. An LCD(400) outputs the image stored in the memory. A speaker(500) outputs the voice stored in the memory. A switch(600) connects or blocks the power source of the battery. An operational button controls the output of the contents stored in the memory. A housing(900) covers the remaining part except the rear of the PCB. The housing has a mounting hole and a button press part. The LCD is exposed to the outside through the installation hole.
