PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing apparatus for detaching from a die a base stock the inner surface of which is formed into a rugged shape by drawing work by excellent mold releasing property even when the rugged-shaped part which is to be formed on the inner surface of a product has a catching shape to the die in the pulling direction of the product. SOLUTION: The drawing apparatus is provided with the die 10 arranged at the top of a spindle 2 and a drawing roller R for forming the base stock W into a shape matching with the surface shape of the die 10, wherein the die 10 has the rugged surface shape and is made into a divided structure in which the diameter is contracted after forming the base stock W.
