A spam text message determination and an apparatus thereof for a mobile communications terminal are provided to improve the accuracy of a spam regulation and update a spam rule. A received message storage unit(10) maintains a receiving message. A telephone book(20) stores the telephone number which a user registers. A spam determination unit(30) executes a spam determination unit by a caller telephone number, a URL address, and a message letter. A spam message storage unit(40) maintains messages determined as the spam.
