PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of effectively shielding noise from a power source substrate. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes: a battery chamber 700 for housing a battery; the power source substrate 810 arranged on one side of the battery chamber and provided with a power supply circuit 110 generating predetermined voltage from the battery; a first digital substrate 800 arranged on the other side opposite to the one side of the battery chamber and provided with a microcomputer 100 to which the voltage is supplied from the power supply circuit 110; and a second digital substrate 820 arranged between the battery chamber 700 and the first digital substrate 800 and equipped with a slot 821 for an external memory 39.
