PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colostrum warming device for safely managing colostrum after warmed until cooled down to a predetermined temperature while preventing ill effects on milk due to residual heat particularly after warming treatment. SOLUTION: The colostrum warming device comprises a warming water tank having a heater and a water replacing means, a colostrum container installed in the warming water tank, an agitating means for agitating the colostrum in the colostrum container, a temperature sensor provided in the warming water tank or the colostrum container, and a control part and its operation part for controlling the parts of the heater and the agitating means. It function to warm the colostrum introduced into the colostrum container up to a predetermined temperature while agitating it and then keep it at the temperature for a certain time, and to forcibly cool the colostrum while agitating it with cold water replacing warm water in the warming water tank after finishing warming.
